Minister of Transport Omar Alghabra visits Windsor-Essex!

I was pleased to welcome Transport Minister Omar Alghabra in Windsor today.
This morning we joined Local 444 Unifor to discuss community priorities and announce our Canadian government's commitment to improving Via Rail Canada services in the Windsor-Toronto corridor.
We then spent a great afternoon meeting with stakeholders at the YQG Windsor International Airport to talk modernization & partnership, discussing automobility, jobs, and innovation at Invest WindsorEssex, meeting the amazing crew building the once-in-a-generation project the Gordie Howe International Bridge, and supporting #YQG with lunch at Ortona 1864 Café & Panino Shop Ltd. in Walkerville!
All capped off with a wonderful meeting with the Windsor-Tecumseh Young Liberals at Frank Brewing Co. in Tecumseh.
